So, I guess I should tell everyone that I am moving to Texas for 2 years to go to graduate school.  To be honest - I'm terrified! I consider myself an adventurer but this will be my home for 2 years. 

Grad school checklist:

1. Diagnostic exams? Will I pass? Will I have to take prerequisite classes? Oh how I hope not!

2. Chair placement at new school? Please let it be better this time around, please!

3. Housing? So, furnished or un-furnished- that is the question! Or better yet, to have a roommate or no roommate? LOL for those who understand...

4. Friends? Will the kids at school like me? Will they point and laugh when I have a wedgie?????ouch, that is harsh!

Please pray for me! I wouldn't normally ask but, I'm kind of freaked!

Spring 2006

Reasons why I am happy today:

I am student teaching with Mr. & Mrs. Heitz at Central MS in Edmond!

I am going to graduate on May 6, 2006!

I just paid my last tuition bill to OCU!

I have no more fines!

My senior recital is going to be so awesome!

I can't wait to premiere my favorite concerto in February!

I love someone very much!

The flute teacher from Baylor called me today to see if I was still going to apply for her grad. assistantship for next year! Sweet! She called me! I am sooo excited to audition!

Jennifer and Brandon just got married!

I have lots of nice pants this year from Express!

I have a new pew, King Kong, a beta fish that is dark blue and cool!

I am excited to go on tour and play a third time at OMEA!!!

No student teaching Monday, Jan. 16!

I have not been late to student teaching once!

I drive next to a Jamba Juice everyday!

I have had Dunkin Donuts the last two mornings for breakfast!

I am getting more involved in church again!

Jennifer and Andy are married!

I'm in La Boheme by Puccini! Sweet!

And all the people that I love are alive and well today!

Reasons why I'm not happy:

Smashes my finger in door on Tuesday - got blood blister, but it's going away.
